Job Summary

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. PRIMARY EXPERIENCE IN SNF REHAB General job duties. Types of procedures required. UNDER GENERAL SUPERVISION PERFORMS DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENTS AND PREPARES AND IMPLEMENTS TREATMENT PLANS IN PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES FOR THE FULL RANGE OF CASES COMING WITHIN THE SCOPE OF A PROGRAM FOR THE HABILITATION AND REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS; MAY PROVIDE ALL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES FOR A UNIT CENTER OR FACILITY; AND PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS REQUIRED. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFTS WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL OPERATIONS; SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 24/7. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EMR - Meditech Required skills and minimum years of experience. minimum 2 years work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (Acute SNF rehab hosp. outpatient) Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS Shift or schedule requirements. 7 days per week departmental coverage - operation from 7-430p - 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day schedule (Sun-Thurs or Tues -Sat) Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hrs. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
