Job Summary

MUST HAVE SKILLED NURSING EXPERIENCE Job Description Assess plan and implement nursing care of residents under supervision of RN. Responsible for continuity of care by providing direct care passing medications as well as supervising CNAs and support staff. Qualifications & Skills Current California LVN license. Required long-term care experience. Electronic Medical Records a must . Must pass nursing medical test and have current BLS certification. Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written. Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally tactfully and respectfully with patients staff general public and governmental agency reps. Basic computer skills required. Day Shift Sun Mon and Tuesday 700am to 1930.
