Job Summary

Role: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: South SF (onsite role)
Duration: 6 months
Start date late Jan

Skills:

5 years of experience in device management and rollout (MacBook Windows iPads MDM (JamF Intune).
Coordinate with users on deployment and develop policies and procedures.
Primary focus will be managing the deployment engaging users creating policy and procedures
Focus: Technical Project Management on the Infrastructure side

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and manage device deployment projects (MacBooks Windows laptops iPads)
Coordinate closely with deployment technicians to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Engage with end users during rollout to ensure smooth adoption and resolve issues
Develop and implement policies and procedures for device management and lifecycle
Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives beyond device rollout as needed

Required Experience

5 years in infrastructure project management
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
Strong background in device management and rollout across mixed environments (Mac Windows iOS)
Proven ability to manage schedules dependencies and stakeholder communication

Soft Skills

Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication and user engagement capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders
