About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Developer (Danish Speaking) to join our team in Málaga.
In this role you will act as a Meeting Booker helping our client expand its customer base by identifying prospects initiating contact and securing qualified appointments for the sales team.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a proactive approach and a desire to grow in commercial development.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the Danish market.

Identify prospects understand their needs and present the value of Trygs services.

Schedule qualified meetings for the sales and account management teams.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls meetings booked and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and overall performance.

Represent the brand professionally and ensure excellent customer engagement.
Requirements
-
Native or fluent Danish plus very good English.

Previous experience in sales business development telemarketing or meeting booking is a strong plus.

Comfortable working with KPIs and performance-driven environments.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
