Health & Safety Advisor West Dublin
Package: Company Vehicle Pension Laptop & Phone

We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading construction company operating across the Dublin West. This is a key role focused on driving a strong safety culture ensuring compliance and reducing risk across multiple live sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce H&S policies across all sites

Carry out site inspections audits and risk assessments

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training

Support RAMS site safety plans and compliance documentation

Liaise with site teams management and external bodies

Requirements:

Level 7 Health & Safety qualification (preferable)

25 years construction H&S experience

Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Full driving licence and willingness to travel
