- Salary up to 65000 DOE
- Residential projects
- 2/3 days Office-based with the remaining days Site-based

Join a leading Irish construction company as a Quantity Surveyor working on Residential projects in Sligo. This company also specialise in the Commercial Industrial and Refurbishment sectors and have developed a premium team of experienced professionals.

Your Role will Involve:
- Procurement of materials and sub-contractors.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Liaising with stakeholders including clients and vendors.
- Preparing reports contracts budgets and risk assessments etc.
What we are looking for:
- A 3rd level Quantity Surveying qualification or construction related.
- 2 years Quantity Surveying experience.
