This role combines strategic talent mapping with full-cycle execution requiring a deep understanding of niche technical skill sets and the ability to navigate competitive markets to secure top-tier talent.

5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on backend engineering in high-performance environments
Proven track record of closing candidates with niche in-demand skill sets from trading firms or top-tier tech companies
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and maintain an excellent candidate experience
