The Position:

As a Health Solutions Consultant you will serve as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals within your designated territory. You will engage directly with physicians and allied healthcare providers to deliver education resources and value-added programs that support the appropriate and safe use of therapies. This role blends relationship management strategic planning and consultative selling offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both clinical practice and patient outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with a territory-specific panel of physicians and healthcare professionals through in-person virtual and phone interactions.
- Deliver fair balanced and compliant education on therapeutic areas products and health solutions to support informed clinical decision-making.
- Plan develop and execute educational and promotional initiatives tailored to customer needs and practice priorities.
- Identify opportunities to partner with healthcare professionals by understanding their challenges goals and patient populations.
- Manage territory administration reporting and CRM activities to meet internal standards and timelines.
- Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in Science Business or a related discipline.
- 3 years experience in pharmaceutical healthcare or consultative sales environment.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
