Job Summary

A detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to support the EMEA Marketing Organisation. This role will primarily focus on supporting the management of a large and complex marketing budget ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills financial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Expected Contribution

General

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the marketing budget including tracking expenses processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of budget allocations commitments and actual spend.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for the marketing leadership team.
  • Support forecasting and budget planning activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely payment and compliance with financial processes.
  • Assist with procurement processes including raising purchase orders and managing approvals.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in reporting and compliance with financial processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Manages multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills; experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is an advantage.
  • Communication: Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively within a team and supports colleagues as needed
  • Knowledge of marketing processes and terminology is a plus.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working with financial data. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain a proactive approach to managing tasks. A background in marketing administration is desirable along with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
