Packaging Analyst

Job Summary:Work with global packaging design team to bring out a best packaging design to meet aftermarket parts launch metrics such as Safety Quality Velocity Cost as well Sustainable.

What You Will Do:

• Design packaging for products or parts.

• Support packaging operations through engineering support.

• Manage heavy parts packaging to ensure packaging safety.

• Manage wood pack audits to ensure packaging safety and compliance.

• Provide detailed guidance and specifications to suppliers and approve supplier packaging design.

• Conduct packaging compliance audits and control supplier package quality.

• Support packaging optimization projects to ensure execution of the customer-ready packaging strategy in the region & globally.

• Support PQ change execution with suppliers to ensure supplier package compliance

• Support Partners and Customers inquiries on parts packaging

• Execute Waste-Walk and identify cost reduction and sustainability opportunities

What You Have:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience desired in Engineering or Packaging.

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

• Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

• Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: Knowledge of tools and techniques of specialized graphics programs; ability to produce analyze simulate and test product design drafts.

• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Workable oral and written English is required.

• Packaging: Knowledge of packaging tools approaches and practices; ability to package products and components safely and attractively.

• Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
