Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLMbased on user requirements and technical designs.
Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and provide guidance on effective solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives) and adhere to the SAFe Agile frameworkfor timely delivery of PI objectives.
Stay updated on Windchill PLM best practices and recommend process improvements.
Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities.
Contribute to story refinement technical design discussions and effort estimation.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Windchill PLM customization and development.
Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodology.
Expertise in technical design and problem-solving.

Good to Have:

Experience in training and mentoring team members.
Familiarity with process improvement initiatives.
