Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to provide accurate and efficient clerical and administrative support to a high-volume professional office. Strong time management and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry typing and word processing tasks.

Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and update documents.

Serve as a receptionist by greeting clients and visitors and answering phone calls.

Direct clients and visitors to appropriate departments as needed.

Provide routine administrative and clerical support for daily operations and special projects.

Share basic information regarding office locations programs and services.

Assist with mail and fax processing.

Enter and search information in the iFamilyNet system as required.

Support the Area Management Team with administrative tasks.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Strong in-person customer service skills.

Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
