Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Yavapai Visits team. How Youll Make an Impact:
Executes established client care plan and the physicians plan of treatment
Performs patient care and treatment including but not limited to taking blood pressures reading wound care measure of vital signs collection of blood samples administration of prescribed medication in accordance with the providers treatment plan
Reports any changes in the clients condition to the nursing supervisor and physician; executes and properly documents any new doctors orders
Accurately document observations and interventions pertaining to nursing care utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Compensation & Schedule:
Weekly pay starting at $40 per visit
Flexible scheduling M-F

Qualifications for BAYADA LPNs:
A current nursing license in good standing in Arizona
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma
One year of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
