Job Description:
As the founding post-sales hire you will define the onboarding experience for a platform using AI agents to transform vulnerability management. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and customer success working with security teams to drive adoption build scalable playbooks and establish the foundation for a global success function.
Location: Remote UK

What you will do:
Lead hands-on technical onboarding workshops and configuration sessions with security engineering teams to ensure rapid time-to-value.
Create the companys first scalable customer operations infrastructure including playbooks documentation and self-serve support resources.
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into feature prioritisation for the platforms AI agent capabilities.
The ideal candidate:
Has 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer-facing roles with a strong aptitude for technical implementation and problem-solving.
Possesses the technical curiosity to master LLM-powered agents and the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical stakeholders.
Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is excited about building processes from scratch rather than following existing templates.
