DescriptionThe Role
We are seeking a full-time Investment Analyst to join a collaborativeteam of colleagues basedacross Western Europe. You will contribute to a broad range of projects for large institutional clients supporting multiple stages of the investment process including:
- Defining investment objectives and beliefs
- Risk profiling and strategic asset allocation
- Applying market outlooks across asset classes
- Performance and manager reporting
- Integrating sustainability into investment decisions
- Supporting investment governance frameworks and internal teams (e.g. Sustainability Research Reporting Strategy)
This role offers wide exposure across the investment spectrum enabling the development of strong technical professional and soft part of a forward-thinking organization you will work in an inclusive environment that recognizes the importance of diversity of thought in achieving success. - Recently completed or near-completion undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Right to work in Spain Germany Ireland or the Netherlands - WTW does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
- Fluent English (German is an advantage)
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in investments and the investment process
- Team-oriented well-organized self-motivated and eager to learn
