Responsibilities
In this role youll take the lead in developing and overseeing psychological services. Youll deliver individual and group interventions conduct diagnostic and cognitive assessments and manage risk assessments. Youll facilitate staff reflective practice sessions design and deliver training and supervise peers to ensure high standards of care. As part of the senior management team youll oversee specialised psychological programmes and ensure clinical governance and professional standards are met.

Qualifications and Experience

HCPC registration (essential)
Previous experience as a Principal Psychologist (essential)
Strong background in managing complex caseloads and delivering specialist psychological treatments
