岗位职责
架构设计与规划 定义和设计矿用无人驾驶车辆的感知系统架构并制定长期演进路线涵盖激光雷达摄像头毫米波雷达等多传感器的组合应用以满足复杂矿山作业环境的感知需求 融合算法研发与优化 主导开发环境感知算法包括目标检测目标跟踪传感器数据融合等持续优化算法精度和实时性能确保感知系统的高精度和高稳定性着重提高多传感器融合感知的可靠性降低误检漏检率 系统集成与调试 与定位决策规划控制等团队协作将感知模块与整车系统进行集成测试和联调优化确保感知结果能无缝对接后续模块支持无人矿卡在现场的安全稳定运行 技术前沿跟进 密切关注自动驾驶感知领域的新技术趋势了解行业内视觉主导与激光雷达主导两大主流感知技术路线的优劣将先进的感知技术如 BEV 感知Transformer 等融入架构设计不断提升系统的前瞻性和竞争力 针对矿区扬尘雨雪夜间低光等特殊工况研发抗干扰与冗余机制保障感知系统稳定运行
任职要求
计算机自动化电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历3年以上自动驾驶或机器人感知算法开发经验并有完整参与从传感器选型算法开发到实际部署的项目经历 深入理解激光雷达摄像头毫米波雷达等传感器原理精通目标检测目标识别与跟踪多传感器数据融合等感知算法具备将算法应用于复杂场景的实战能力能够应对多变的环境条件 精通主流感知算法原理如目标检测语义分割BEV建模Transformer网络等并具备实际应用经验 精通 CPython 编程熟练使用 Linux 开发环境熟悉 ROS/ROS2Apollo 等主流自动驾驶开发框架了解TensorRT等模型加速工具具有良好的代码调优和调试能力 具有系统化思维和架构设计能力善于将复杂问题模块化并制定有效解决方案良好的沟通协作能力能在跨团队合作中推动项目进展 有矿山无人驾驶感知应用经验熟悉矿山场景无人驾驶感知准确性以及相关处理方法 了解矿山应用感知算法的缺陷协助规划以及控制提供合适的方案
