Job Description:
Our team isseekinga highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to manage the US Field Inventory team and Global Inventory Program and processes. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with finance commercial customer service supply chain and marketing teams to drive process improvements commercial inventory strategies related to both mature products and product launches inventory management with sales reps and global management of systems and metrics to measure performance.
We are looking for a proactive problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and can lead a team to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of US field inventory analysts fostering growth and skillset development. Coach other cross-functional team membersonbest practices and key learnings for field inventory management.
Project Leadership:Own the global SH Field Inventory Management system and associated business processes. Guide and influence regional field inventory leads and commercial teams in implementing system enhancements and program expansions
US Cycle Count Management and Compliance:Manage the US cycle count process inventory audits (internal and external) and ensure compliancetoall inventory procedures. Lead team of analysts to complete inventory reconciliation during cycle counts.
Global Cycle Count & Compliance:Overseeand report on global cycle count processes and inventory compliance metrics work with regional teams to improve processes and/or tools.
Strategic Collaboration and Execution:Partner with commercial stakeholders toalign oninventory strategies to meet optimized levels and business goals minimizing scrap risk while ensuring uninterrupted sales. Develop intimate knowledge of consignment levels globally and lead execution of inventory initiatives including consignment strategy rollouts and KPI development.
Financial Reconciliation:Collaborate with Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure financial reconciliation of consigned inventory.
Field Inventory Analytics: Develop and manage reporting tools for cycle counts consignment forecasting and field inventory optimization.
Process Improvement & Change Leadership:Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes (mature products and phase in/out activities) through data-driven analysis and tool development. Lead change initiatives and build strategic partnerships to support organizationalobjectives.
Communication & Problem Solving:Present complex data and evolving assumptions in clear actionable formats for senior leadership. Proactivelyidentifyand resolve challenges fostering accountability across teams and stakeholders.
Drive Accountability: Fostera culture of accountability withinteamand with commercial teams to the inventory management processes and procedures.
Travelfor position up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Marketing Supply Chain ManagementFinanceor a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A S&OP/IBP processes Inventory Management CustomerServiceora relatedfield.
Strong analytical skills andproficiencyin excel modeling planningsystemsand analytics tools.
Experience with SAP system or equivalent.
Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Experience in change management and building strategic partnerships.

$99300.00 $198700.00In specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted.
