Job Summary

Introduction

Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Do you enjoy advising customers on the latest fishing tackle and helping them find the perfect solution If so Shimano UK is looking for you to join our Customer Service team in Coventry.

As the first point of contact for our customers youll provide expert advice on products and orders ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

The Challenge

Calculate offers and process customer orders accurately.
Deliver high-quality service via phone and email.
Monitor stock availability perform credit checks and manage order processing.
Maintain efficient administrative systems.
Answer customer questions about product specifications invoices and deliveries.
Report claims and provides solutions wherever possible.

What are we looking for

Minimum 2 years in a customer service role preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Teams).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills especially over the phone.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Knowledge of fishing products and a passion for the sport is a bonus.
