Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Durham NC team. RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This position is open to full-time and part-time candidates. We have a strong need for RBTs who are available during the afternoon hours of 3:00 PM 6:00 PM with opportunities to build additional hours based on availability.
Our mission is to help children with autism build independence confidence and meaningful life skills while supporting families every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and document accurate session data
Support communication social and independence skill development
Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team
Participate in supervision training and team collaboration
Requirements
Required
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or higher
Professional dependable and compassionate work style
Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
Preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to engage with children at floor level
Ability to lift or assist up to approximately 3050 lbs as needed
Ability to pass required background checks

Hourly pay: $22$27 per hour (experience-dependent)
