Parts Shipper/Receiver

Cochrane Toyota is for looking for aParts Shipper/Receiver/Driverto join their team.
Working closely with the Parts Advisors and Parts Manager theParts Shipper/Receiver/Driveris responsible for preparing parts inventory for delivery and shipment.
OurParts Shipper/Receiver/Drivermove parts in and out of the dealership in a timely manner and keep accurate record of inventory.
Please note this position is open only to individuals who are legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application and in the future. This position does not provide sponsorship for work permits or immigration support.
Pay:Starting at $18.00 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Provide guidance to parts representatives regarding orders.
- Prepare orders daily for shipment delivery or pick-up.
- Retrieve parts purchased from stock.
- Review files weekly to keep track of back orders and return to vendor items.
- Maintain clean parts return history.
- Assist the back counter when necessary.
- Receive and put away stock orders.
- Process core returns.
- Process warranty parts receiving and returns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
What We Look For:
- Previous parts experience is considered an asset.
- Toyota experience is an asset.
- Experience using PBS inventory system is an asset but not required.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Valid drivers license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide a high quality of customer service.
- Integrity professionalism energy and a desire to excel.
- Knowledge of computer systems and proficient keyboarding skills.
- Proactive positive self-starter and a team player.
