Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and active participation with the sales team to enhance closing techniques
  • Manage all showroom activities to ensure smooth operation and high performance from a large sales team
  • Engage with customers directly to assess needs discuss vehicle options and support sales staff in finalizing deals
  • Conduct the hiring motivation and performance monitoring of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales employees
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings focused on sales and continuous sales training
  • Mentor both new and seasoned sales representatives in best practices to boost performance and sales effectiveness
  • Track analyze and report on the performance metrics of sales staff
  • Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns and promotional events
  • Implement and maintain a CRM system to guarantee follow-up on all potential buyers ensure timely responses to customers
  • Set up delivery protocols ensuring customers are introduced to the service department and scheduled for their initial service appointment
  • Forecast monthly and annual goals for sales volume gross profit and key expenses
  • Attend meetings as requested

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in auto sales and sales management
  • Proven ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong commitment to ethics and values
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid drivers license
  • Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
