From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online we can support retailers brands and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We are currently looking for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager responsible for aligning sales forecasts with operational capabilities through robust demand planning enhanced reporting and collaborative cross-functional communication. This role will focus on creating new reporting tools automating existing reports and bridging the information gap between sales and operations to drive data-driven addition they will manage certain reporting activities within the supply chain function to ensure a cohesive integrated planning process.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Develop implement and maintain S&OP processes that balance sales demand with operational capacity.

Design and create new reporting tools that provide actionable insights for sales operations and supply chain teams.

Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency reduce manual work and ensure real-time data availability.

Bridge data and reporting capabilities between sales and operations to foster alignment and transparency.

Lead demand planning efforts incorporating input from sales marketing supply chain and operations stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to sales forecasts inventory management and order fulfillment.

Integrate supply chain reporting into overall S&OP dashboards to ensure end-to-end visibility.

Identify reporting gaps propose solutions and drive continuous improvement in data management processes.

Partner with IT or BI teams to ensure data accuracy system integration and dashboard usability.

Support executive decision-making by delivering timely accurate and insightful reports.

Job requirements

ABOUT YOU:

Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience in S&OP demand planning reporting automation or supply chain analytics.

Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel).

Experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems (SAP Oracle Kinaxis etc.).

Proven track record in process improvement automation and cross-functional communication.

Exceptional analytical problem-solving and project management skills.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for multiple stakeholders.
