支給控除のデータ登録計算結果のチェック作業月次レポートの出力
会計伝票データの作成
所得税住民税を始めとする法定関連業務
社員からの問い合わせ対応
地方自治体からの問い合わせ対応
外部ベンダーとの協力調整業務
グローバルプロジェクトの参加
必要なスキル経験
給与業務源泉徴収義務者としての知識
社会保険関連の用語や要件の知識
目的に応じてExcel関数を駆使できる
英語リーディングライティングは必須社内コミュニケーションが取れるレベル
チーム内外問わず自ら率先してコミュニケーションが取れる
