As a Summer Analyst you will work on a wide range of transactions including restructurings recapitalizations acquisitions divestitures private placements leveraged buyouts and joint ventures. Summer Analysts are expected to be involved in the development structuring and financing of transactions and regularly attend internal and client meetings negotiations and due diligence sessions. The annual base salary range reflects the low and high targets of the estimated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary an employee in this role receives may vary depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to: work location job-related knowledge and prior experience.
