ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a drivenSenior PPA Advisorto join our team inHoustonorNew York. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional with deep experience in renewable energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or related energy contracts whoisexcited about building and expanding a robust pipeline of corporate will work closely with STXs trading origination sustainability advisory and product teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive strategic growth with corporate clients.

The role will alsobe responsible forsupporting STXsemergingrenewable power offerings to corporate clients in the US includingBESSrenewable powerhedges (e.g. TB2)andEACgranularitysolutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead origination and structuring of renewable energy PPAs (corporate and utility-scale) and related long-term offtake agreements.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of qualifiedcorporatePPA opportunities from lead generation through contract execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clientsalongside the Strive corporate accounts teamunderstanding sustainability goals energy needs risk tolerance and financial priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trading risk legal and sustainability advisory teams to design integrated client solutions that align with broader environmental commodity strategies.
• Conduct market and policy analysis to inform product development client recommendations and strategic positioning.
• Help shape STXs renewable power offering to corporate clients in the USincluding BESSandotheremerginginnovations
• Represent STX Group at industry events client meetings and strategic forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 610 years of experience in renewable energy PPAs energy markets structured sales or energy/commodity origination.
• Proventrack recordof developing and closing PPA transactions or complex structured energy deals.
• Strong understanding ofUSpower markets renewable energy technologies and corporatedecarbonization challenges
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building pipelinesidentifyingnew market opportunities andgrowing STXs role as a leader in renewable power
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when engaging with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced globally distributed team.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

STX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary withing the range of $150.000 USD $175.000 based on several objective factors such as relevant experience location holistic skillset and applicable licenses and certifications. The candidate may also be eligible for discretionary compensation as determined annually within the company fiscal year.
