Job Description:
You will lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals that transform organizational workflows through AI adoption. Working alongside AI Adoption Engineers you will own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to commercial signature. This role is about selling measurable outcomes and a vision for the future of work within large-scale organizations.

What you will do:

Build and prioritize a precision-targeted enterprise pipeline of ICP accounts through multi-threaded engagement
Conduct deep discovery to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes like risk reduction and quality uplift
Navigate complex C-suite IT and legal stakeholders to drive momentum and secure consensus on governance and ROI

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 25 years of experience closing multi-threaded enterprise software or AI deals with a consultative approach
Demonstrates disciplined deal hygiene utilizing mutual action plans and rigorous CRM management to hit forecast targets
Exhibits deep product curiosity and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive-level decision-makers
