Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive behavioral health services including assessment diagnosis treatment planning and psychotherapy using evidence-based practices. Delivers culturally responsive care to individuals families and groups while ensuring patient safety regulatory compliance and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments including collateral information as clinically indicated
Diagnose patients in accordance with the DSM
Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
Provide individual family couples group and crisis psychotherapy
Identify and respond to risk of harm to self or others
Refer patients to additional services when appropriate
Maintain timely accurate clinical documentation and meet productivity standards
Collaborate with families external providers and care teams
Participate in required trainings meetings and supervision activities
Adhere to ethical standards HIPAA and all federal state and organizational regulations
May complete court commitment reports EAP services or provide clinical supervision as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program
Active clinical licensure:
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
Eligibility to bill government payers
Ability to maintain licensure and required certifications (BLS may be required by site)
