Key Responsibilities

Diagnose & Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair residential home appliances (Refrigeration Cooking Cleaning Laundry) to manufacturer standards.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a professional demeanor.
Digital Management: Utilize a company-issued iPad to process repair records reference technical information collect payments and issue receipts electronically.
Decision Making: Make timely independent decisions regarding repairs while working within a supportive team structure.
Communication: Effectively communicate with customers technical support dispatch routing and management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2 years of experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (Refrigeration Cooking Cleaning Laundry) is required.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds.
Screening: Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen criminal background check and drivers license check.
Attitude: Enthusiastic reliable and customer-service focused.
Technical Skills: Basic computer/tablet skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

Compensation: $45000.00 - $160000.00 per year
