Job Summary
Here at Reach Climbing and Fitness we pride ourselves with having a vibrant community-focused gym where people of all ages come to climb move and have fun. We host awesome birthday parties that provide kids an unforgettable experience in a safe supportive environment and were looking for energetic responsible staff to help make them happen!
Position Overview:
As a Birthday Party Staff member youll lead and support kids birthday parties from start to finish. Youll be responsible for creating a fun exciting and safe atmosphere while assisting with activities games party room setup and cleanup. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with kids has a positive attitude and thrives in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet birthday families and guests upon arrival
- Lead climbing activities and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Engage kids in games and activities during party time
- Help with party setup food service and cleanup
- Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth event
- Represent Reach Climbing and Fitness with a friendly and professional attitude
Requirements:
- Must be 15 years or older
- Weekend availability is a must
- Comfortable working with children and leading groups
- Positive energetic and reliable
- CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
