About the Role:
What exactly you will be doing
- Ensure that all purchases requisitions etc. have proper approvals and all orders are place and received in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee and assist in unloading receiving sorting stocking securing and distributing goods.
- Maintain an appropriate par stock on all inventorys goods with regular stock checks and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local food and beverage storage laws regulations and codes.
- Secure competitive bids and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.
- Ensure inventory pricing reflects most current information and track all price changes.
- Assist with financial reports in accordance with the hotel requirements meeting various due dates and deadlines.
- Keep supervisor aware of any unusual occurrences and significant deviations from standards policies and procedures.
