The Lake of the Pines Association is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation that governs and manages the Lake of the Pines gated community through its governing documents and within the confines of Californias Davis Stirling Common Interest Act. Lake of the Pines is a stunning 2000 home 53 year old gated Community located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains approximately forty-six miles northeast of Sacramento. Residents and guests of Lake of the Pines enjoy the benefits of living in the scenic foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains: fresh air clear skies miles of outdoor playground and bountiful wildlife. They also enjoy a host of on-site amenities. Lake of the Pines is a multi-generational and socioeconomically diverse Community.
