About the Senior Sales Trainer - X:
MarketStaris looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to support our X team. The Senior Sales Trainer will report directly to the Program Director usingMarketStarand industry-leading training methods processes and standards. They willbe responsible fordesigning developing and delivering an advanced sales training curriculum to internal sales teams. The qualifying candidate willbe responsible forthe entire sales training curriculum including developing courses scheduling classes communicating with participants and stakeholders assessing the outcomes (impact) of the training and reporting results to stakeholders. They will work in partnership with sales team managers to ensure training is impactful in meeting businessneeds andwillidentifytraining needs and best practices with the end of sharing/collaborating with the team to improve training methods processes and standards.

What Will You Do
Become an authority onMarketStarsand the digital advertising industrys sales motions and unique methods of influencing sales in B2B retail and direct sales ecosystems.
Develop deliver and manage a senior-level sales training curriculum.
Develop sales certifications and advanced certification tracks within the curriculum.
Maintain a robust calendar of sales training initiatives.
Develop behavioral and performanceobjectivesfor given training interventions and report on attainment ofobjectivesto stakeholders.
Work with the Program Director managers and teamleadsto monitor and assess training impact on team performance with the end of better aligning training content and methods to improve performance.
Other applicable duties as assigned.
What Will You Need to Succeed
Ads and media sales experience.
Experience delivering training to sales teams in a professional environment.
Deep understanding of online marketing strategies and the broader digital advertising ecosystem including industry-wide trends and performance metrics.
Computer technology experience a plus particularly as it relates to e-learning and training within a virtual environment.
Graphical design experience a plus - specifically the ability to create visually appealing graphics that communicate complex ideas in an understandable format.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical abilities and organizational skills driven by results and business impacts.
Self-starter quick learner and the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
Passionate about delivering excellence and superior service to the business.
