You willreportdirectly toour Strategic SourcingDirectorandyoullwork out ofourCharlotte NC or Mason OHlocationon aHybridwork schedulewiththree days in office and twodaysworkingfrom home.

As a Sr. Subcontracts Specialist you willhavea critical role in managing subcontract administration for installation services throughout the projectexecution phase of major capitaltechnology projects. Most assignments will involve overseeing two subcontractsthat are mechanical and electrical installation some projects may require only one specialized service such as PickToLight installation. Your ability to effectively manage compliance with subcontract agreementssuch as the Statement of WorkAmendments via a Change Order andtheMaster Service Agreementswill be essential to project successand yourexpertisein subcontract management will be crucial inidentifyingand resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all assignedsubcontractswith subcontractors providing services required for installationneedsfor thewarehouseconveyortechnology projects.
• Prepareand manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Perform subcontract governance and commercial administration including scope alignment changeorderand riskmanagement.
• Collaborate with key project personnel (ProgramandProjectManagers Project ControlsandScheduling Installation Supervisors etc.) when project changes impact subcontract scope deliverables or compliance with contractual requirements.
• Documentsubcontract complianceand qualityissues through formal written correspondenceto subcontractorsand withLegalcollaboration.
• Lead and document weeklySubcontract Change Controlalignment meetings for businesscritical (Tier 12) projects including discussions on safety quality schedule/delivery commercial/contractual items purchase orders and other relevant topics.
• Approve subcontractor invoicing tied to purchaseorder milestones.
• Report monthly on the Cost of Goods across all the assigned projects.
• UtilizeSmartsheet to manage project assignments route change ordersrequest milestone confirmation to theProject Managerand support related processes.
• Ability to negotiatewith subcontractors whilenot compromising the subcontractorsqualityof workorincreasingrisk.
• Operate witha strong senseof urgencybyproactively engagingwithinternal Program Office Contracts teamsandsupportLead Program Managers on subcontractor cost performanceriskand schedule matters.
• Work jointlywith Category Managementto oversee subcontractor performance.
• Help toidentifyareas of process improvementfora more efficient work environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of procurement/subcontractsadministration experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
• Experiencewith procurement software and tools.
