Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Seismic Platform Experts to support platform operations governance and continuous improvement. The team will consist of 1 Onshore and 2 Offshore resources.
The role will focus on:
Key Responsibilities
1 User Access Management (Primary Focus - Onshore & Offshore)

Manage full user lifecycle (provisioning & de-provisioning)

Conduct license audits and usage analysis for compliance and cost optimization
-
Own and manage the Seismic support inbox (triage & resolution)
-
Standardize and evolve content access models
-
Drive audience alignment between Seismic and enterprise systems
2 Platform Operational Management (Primary Focus - Offshore Supported by Onshore)
-
Configure and maintain Seismic system settings
-
Develop and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards
-
Monitor overall platform health
-
Support release management (upgrades & change coordination)
-
Perform regression testing post-release
-
Maintain documentation runbooks and configuration records

Strong hands-on experience with Seismic platform administration

SaaS platform governance & role-based access management
-
User access models licensing and compliance management

Reporting and dashboard development
