Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Seismic Platform Experts to support platform operations governance and continuous improvement. The team will consist of 1 Onshore and 2 Offshore resources.

The role will focus on:

  • User access management

  • System configuration

  • Reporting & dashboards

  • Platform health & governance

  • Alignment between Seismic and enterprise systems


Key Responsibilities

1 User Access Management (Primary Focus - Onshore & Offshore)

  • Manage full user lifecycle (provisioning & de-provisioning)

  • Conduct license audits and usage analysis for compliance and cost optimization

  • Own and manage the Seismic support inbox (triage & resolution)

  • Standardize and evolve content access models

  • Drive audience alignment between Seismic and enterprise systems


2 Platform Operational Management (Primary Focus - Offshore Supported by Onshore)

  • Configure and maintain Seismic system settings

  • Develop and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards

  • Monitor overall platform health

  • Support release management (upgrades & change coordination)

  • Perform regression testing post-release

  • Maintain documentation runbooks and configuration records


Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong hands-on experience with Seismic platform administration

  • SaaS platform governance & role-based access management

  • User access models licensing and compliance management

  • Reporting and dashboard development

  • Monitoring and platform health analysis

  • Release management and regression testing

  • Documentation and configuration management discipline

  • Business requirement documentation

  • Unit testing & regression testing experience

  • Stakeholder communication & support triage skills

  • Troubleshooting diagnostics and root cause analysis

  • Process mapping (onboarding/offboarding workflows)

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Customer service orientation

  • Strong written communication skills
