Role Specifics and Benefits: In this assignment youll play a central role in implementing and adjusting PT plans under supervision delivering therapeutic interventions that promote functional mobility strength flexibility and endurance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and re-assessments designing and guiding therapeutic exercise programs administering modalities as indicated and supervising rehabilitation assistants where appropriate. Youll help patients improve gait balance posture range of motion and functional activities of daily living tailoring interventions to each patients goals and home program needs. Documentation in electronic medical records coordination with physicians and other team members and adherence to safety and infection-control standards are integral. Youll also contribute to program development by sharing insights on patient progress and functional outcomes supporting continuity of care across settings and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
