In this position you will support land surveying and land development projects from start to finish. You will manage survey projects complete and review drafting work coordinate with internal teams and field crews when applicable and work across a full spectrum of surveying services related to land development. This role is primarily office-based with limited field work depending on experience.

This is a full-time permanent direct hire position.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in land surveying or land development
Experience managing survey projects and leading work efforts
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and the ability to complete your own drafting
Background in land development and general knowledge of Florida surveying standards
Hands-on experience preferred and not a director-level background
PLS license a plusbut not required
