Job Purpose:Responsible in administering government-mandate and company-initiated benefits; and ensuring compliance with the company policies and government regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits programs including annual physical exams company uniform health insurance allowances staff accommodation etc.
- Stay updated with the current standards in administering government benefits and loans from filing to amortization procedures.
- Administer common BIR related concerns like TIN issuance.
- Provides counseling and orientation to develop employee knowledge on benefits and other lectures related to health and wellness.
- Monitor postings of remittance payments by the coop of contributions and loan payments of coop members.
- Amenable to work as on-call HR person for employee assistance on HMO related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Psychology or equivalent
- With background on administering government-mandated benefits like disability retirement death sickness magna carta solo parent and other pertinent government benefits programs
- Knowledgeable in proper execution of employee information update with SSS Pag ibig Philhealth and BIR.
- Willing to report full-time in Binondo Manila
