Job Summary
High School Science Teacher*Must be certified to teach Science***Primary Role:** As a high school teacher you will instruct students in General Science. You are required to meet all guidelines set by the Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) and adhere to state this role you will play a significant part in students lives as they will apply what they learn to their future endeavors.**Performance Responsibilities:** As a high school teacher in the Johnston School District you will develop informative and engaging lesson plans for your students. You will utilize a variety of visual aids textbooks creative projects and technology to enhance student involvement. Given the increasing role of technology in education high school teachers may also be expected to teach computer skills in alignment with RIDE guidelines.
