Strategic Advisor East Water reporting to the Regional Chief Executive and partnering with the Global Water leadership team. Act as the primary liaison between regional leadership and the Global Business Line ensuring alignment on priorities strategy and execution.
This is a part-time casual role with hours to vary as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the regions Water business and drive growth initiatives.
Coordinate with regional and global teams on bids pursuits and operational performance.
Support and advise on the delivery of major programs ensuring profitability client satisfaction and quality.
Support talent planning and resource management for Water projects.
Advance regional Water strategy and position the business for sustained growth.
Preferred Location
Boston area (flexible within Northeast).
Ideal Profile
Strong understanding of the regional Water market.
Demonstrates strategic thinking collaboration and sound judgment.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
BA BS in Civil Environmental Engineering Technology or closely related field with 15 years of experience with extensive experience and leadership.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in planning design and construction management of wastewater and water treatment plants pump stations as well distribution and collection systems.
Experience and client relationships in the Northeast.
