Primary Responsibilities
- To plan organize direct and co-ordinate all activities achieving maximum guest satisfaction by providing the required high standard of quality service and presentation.
- To ensure frequent rounds to be taken in the Spa fitness Centre and the swimming pool area to ensure service standards are maintained and the feedback is continuously shared with the Wellness manager.
- To be efficient and diplomatic in dealing with situations involving any aspect where image or reputation of the company/ hotel is represented
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception so that customers expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Any matter which may affect the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport should be brought to the attention of the Management.
People Management
- Assists in maintaining a comprehensive current and guest focused set of Training standards and procedures and take the feedback about the same with well ness manger before implementing.
- Ensures training needs analysis of Recreation staff is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet the guest needs.
- Regularly communicates with all colleagues and maintains good relations.
Operational Management
- Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate the delivery of all recreational guest services.
- Ensure that the outlet is ready to operate smoothly at advertised time with all area and equipment being functional.
- Responsible for the safety of all guest services.
- Assist with the development of new products and services.
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Any Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Competencies
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
