Job Summary
Dillon is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the existing interim position of Media and Marketing Team Leader to assist in the delivery of the 2026 City of Surrey Salmon Habitat Restoration Program (SHaRP). Operating from the SHaRP office located in Surrey B.C. the Media and Marketing Team Leader will promote program goals objectives and successes to City of Surrey residents through social media platforms and marketing campaigns under the direction of the SHaRP Program Coordinator and Client. The Media and Marketing Team Leader will also provide outdoor field assistance to conduct environmental restoration and watershed enhancement activities as needed. Successful applicants will receive experience and training in social media marketing communications planning environment focused outreach and education project planning and management and team supervision.
Work Term: 4-month (May 1 -August 28 2026) and 7-month (May 1 -August 28 with September 8 to November 27 extension) interim positions available.
Hours: 40 hours/week during the summer and 37.5 hours/week in the fall Monday to Friday with some weekend and evening shifts.
Hourly Wage: $26.05
