Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer phone calls emails and other inquiries promptly and accurately.
Schedule membership appointments and maintain an up-to-date reservation system.
Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded.
Explain Recreation and Fitness Center services products promotions and packages to guests.
Handle check-ins and check-outs including billing and payment processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and relaxation zones.
Coordinate with Recreation Team to ensure a seamless service flow.
Upsell Fitness Center Memberships.
Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow opening and closing procedures of the Recreation Department.
Ensure compliance with all health safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferably in a Recreation Spa or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
