Department Overview
The Evidence Product Management team owns the roadmap for delivering Motorola Solutions body cameras vehicle cameras and evidence management software. These products are used worldwide to keep communities and individuals safe in public safety and enterprise organizations.To help drive our rapid growth we are looking for an enthusiastic associate product manager/product manager to join this team and take ownership of our in-car video (ICV) device.

Job Description
We want an enthusiastic associate product manager/product manager for the In-Car Video product line to:
Work to understand the markets product requirements and enable their delivery including competition.
Based on the products lifecycle create a maintenance plan to manage associated products.
Work alongside the product owner and development teams to help create well-maintained refined and prioritized product backlogs that include consistent measurable definitions of done.
Define product release plans including measuring their progress towards completion and tracking the predictability.
Manage prioritization of market expansion or establishment including coordination with marketing sales training support and partners and identify translations and territorial approval requirements.
Assist with specific large-opportunity projects.
Persuade and influence others through strong communication.
Develop and demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise.
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science Telecommunications Product Management
At least 5 years of experience in in-car video and/or telematics hardware firmware applications and solutions development.
A good understanding of and experience in the enterprise segment of the in-car video market is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate the product roadmap & vision to the development team refine product backlog items and report progress to a broad audience including the business product management stakeholders and the development teams
English language skills at a level allowing efficient and effective communication
Self-motivated positive attitude an ability and desire to motivate others.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justices Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
Target Base Salary Range: $95000 - $120000 USD.
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
BS in Computer Science Telecommunications Product Management or related field.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience in in-car video and/or telematics hardware firmware applications and solutions development.
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
