We Innovate to shape the future of CRE so in this role you will:
Responsibilities:
- Develop real estate marketing materialsincluding offeringmemorandums business proposals financial documents brochures flyers postcards social media content and more.
- Create andmaintainorganized design templates to streamline collateral production.
- Design graphics for various content types including text numerical data maps and infographics.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders gather feedback and implement revisions.
- Adhere to Berkadias brand standards while delivering innovative and creative designs.
- Effectively utilize design elements such as color palettes photography typography and other visual components.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy through thorough review of all materials.
- Collaborate with team members and departments ina remote or hybrid work environment.
- Stay informed on current industry trends and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.

PreferredQualifications:
- Expertisein design programs such as InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Acrobat and PowerPoint with a visually compelling portfolioshowcasingcreative and technical abilities.
- Proven experience in editorial designformatting formedium to long publications and creating files for both print and digital distribution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects adapt to shifting priorities and deliver innovative client-focused solutions.
- Effective collaborator with excellent communication and customer service skills along withproficiencyin business tools like Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
