Responsibilities
As a Clinical Informaticist you will be a key member of the Information Systems team supporting clinical applications across three hospitals and multiple service this role you will help troubleshootescalateand resolve issues within a fastpaced environment where clinical prioritiesfrequentlyshift.
Your success will rely on your ability to develop and lead communication efforts related to technology changes system upgrades and planned or unplanned downtimes. Clear consistent communication with leadersstakeholdersand team members is essential.
As you grow inyour role you will have opportunities to advance through defined tiersof competency and responsibility(Clinical Informaticist 1-3) expanding your knowledge of the health system and deepening yourexpertisein clinical information systems.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree in a Healthcare or Technology related field
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE)or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and four (4) years experience in a Healthcare related field may be substituted forbachelors degree
Experience
- 4 years of experience implementing supporting or working with clinical systems
- Professional clinical experience and proven success performing clinical workflows user interface optimization clinical decision support rules development data integration and mining clinical ontologies and adoption of technology
