Hours: Monday to Friday 7am-5pm Saturday 7am-1pm

A new plumbing and heating supplies branch is opening in Pimlico and our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead this exciting venture. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced trade environment and is eager to build a successful branch from the ground up. The role requires a strong leader with industry knowledge a commercial mindset and the ability to establish and grow a customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the setup and day-to-day management of a brand-new branch.
Building and maintaining relationships with trade customers to drive sales.
Managing stock levels purchasing and supplier agreements.
Leading and motivating a small team ensuring excellent customer service.
Handling all aspects of branch operations including health & safety and compliance.
Developing and implementing strategies to establish the store as a go-to supplier in the area.

Requirements

Previous experience managing a plumbing & heating or trade counter branch.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
A proven track record of increasing sales and managing branch operations.
Knowledge of plumbing and heating supplies is essential.
A hands-on proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
