Job Summary

Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Service Sales Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the primary customer contact managing a portfolio of accounts and developing action plans to grow key accounts.
Identify customer needs and coordinate with the Technical Support Team to provide tailored solutions.
Discover potential sales opportunities with new and existing customers and present proposals to meet customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships through continuous support and assistance.
Resolve customer complaints by analyzing issues with internal stakeholders and recommending solutions.
Organize regular service reviews with customers and operations teams for critical issues.
Understand customer/market needs and define pricing selling strategies and contract terms.
Provide marketplace feedback including competitive information customer expectations and industry trends.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
Knowledge of HVAC systems Chiller Plants Airside Energy Services or Building Services is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.
Strong problem-solving skills: define issues collect data establish facts and draw conclusions.
Customer-focused proactive and eager to learn new products and services to better serve clients.

Additional Information:

Salary: Up to SGD 4800 VB (1-2 Months)
Working Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: 5 Days Work 9am - 6pm
