Job Summary

Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a M&E Engineer (Site):

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings samples and method statements keeping all parties updated on changes.
Attend project and technical meetings to resolve site issues with owners consultants and subcontractors ensuring smooth site progress.
Verify on-site work complies with approved drawings specifications and authority requirements; ensure subcontractors rectify non-compliance.
Conduct weekly M&E meetings with subcontractors to confirm proper work sequence and prevent clashes with other site activities.
Coordinate combined services and equipment testing with consultants and contractors for authority inspections.
Maintain updated documentation and records to ensure readiness for ISO audits.
Collaborate with the safety department and perform duties within the safety framework including permit-to-work compliance.
Proactively resolve site issues to minimize construction delays and maintain schedule adherence.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E services on construction sites.
Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and construction standards.
Ability to verify and supervise on-site M&E works and enforce compliance.
Skilled in coordinating with consultants subcontractors and suppliers to resolve site issues efficiently.
Familiar with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in construction.
Good communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

Salary: Up to SGD 5400 VB (1-2 Months)
Working Location: City Hall
Working Hours: 5 Days Work 9am - 6pm
