ICT Infrastructure Engineer - Storage Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain Hitachi storage systems including configuration monitoring and troubleshooting.
Implement and support Commvault backup and recovery solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of storage and backup solutions.
Develop and maintain storage and backup policies and procedures.
Monitor and optimize storage performance and capacity.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on storage and backup-related issues.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in storage and backup solutions.
Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud storage solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a Storage Administrator with in-depth knowledge of Hitachi storage systems and Commvault backup solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud storage technologies and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in scripting and automation for storage and backup tasks.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications in Hitachi storage Commvault and cloud platforms are a plus.
